The oversized stalls (12' x 14') are fitted with comfort mats, ceiling fans, and automatic waterers. A fly spray system services the entire barn. The tack room is climate-controlled and has a washer, dryer and storage. The wash stall is equipped with both hot and cold water. Hay and shavings are kept in a separate newly constructed building to maximize safety within the main barn.

Open Pastures:

The bulk of the property consists of eight separate paddocks for individual turn-out and each can be opened to increase pasture size or rest fields. An oversized run-in shed was designed to provide shelter for four separate paddocks. Tucker, a mini-burro (and Castlebrook Farm's mascot) oversees the entire property.

The farm sits amidst 150 acres of trails, and is a short trail ride through the woods to Why Not An American Ark.
